WHIPPED CREAM (a 1 banana difficulty level)

November has been a busy month & my posts have been the casualty.  Now it's Thanksgiving & it's time to catch back up!

Homemade Whipped Cream is a neat, easy party trick.  Sure, 9 out of 10 times I opt for the Cool Whip, but every once in awhile it's the real thing and there really is a difference.

Whipped Cream is sooooooooooo easy to make, as long as you have a mixer.  Today, 'this monkey' will show you how to make Whipped Cream.  Don't blink though, you might just miss it!

WHAT YOU NEED:
2 c Heavy Whipping Cream
3 T Confectioner's Sugar
1.5 t Vanilla Extract

WHAT YOU DO:
1.  Beat Whipping Cream until it is nice & foamy
2.  Beat in Confectioner's Sugar & Vanilla until nice peaks form
3.  Serve on top of pie!

And that really is, all there is!  Now you have fluffy, homemade whipped cream!  It is a bit decadent, but hey every once in awhile shouldn't kill you!
